Account and Data Deletion

How to request deletion

Send an email to fkcorporation.info@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion", stating your nickname or the email registered with Privy.

We process deletion requests within 30 days of confirming the request.

Data deleted

When we delete your account, we permanently remove: profile data (nickname, age, gender, bio, photos, preferences), saved location, message and conversation history, face verification result, push notification tokens, and like/match records.

Data retained

For legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, we may retain for up to 5 years after deletion: payment transaction records (without card data) and the minimum records needed to comply with security investigations or legal requirements.

Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be kept for statistical purposes.
